The Crestwood Neighborhood is a safe, family oriented, close-knit community.
In an article in the New York Times, Crestwood was described as, “the kind of place that hugs you.” It is the sort of slow-traffic community where children can ride their bikes to friends’ homes, or take off for Richard W. Schultze Memorial Park for a pick-up game of ball, without parents’ worrying about their safety."
In another New York Times article, one resident says ''It's a real community spirit here, like we're a separate little small town. '"
